About Us
We’re players,
fun-seekers,
everyday athletes, ballers, and movement people.
We’re friends and neighbors.
The ones who can’t wait to jump into a game.
Our cleats sit by our desk,
Waiting for the recess bell to ring.
We’ll drive across town hunting for open courts,
We’ll text the crew, reach out to friends, and pull together numbers.
We’ll even setup a net in an open field
Just to ask others to join.
We’re community connectors.
Creating belonging, one game at a time.

Founder Story
I love running around, jumping into games, and meeting new people.
There’s almost nothing better. Being outside, stretching my lungs, and diving full send for a ball is what I feel I was made to do. I get to experience this all while connecting with people I otherwise wouldn’t have met simply because we’re seeking the simple joy of having fun. And so many of my meaningful relationships started in this way.
Basketball was my first love that showed me this connection. It wasn’t just the hypnotic snap of the net that won me, it was the accepted behavior of being able to walk out onto any court and start shooting with whomever was there. The pickup culture is engrained in the game. And if you know how to rotate in and add to the flow of play, a euphoric shared experience can occur between people. I found through basketball how playing games together can be a powerful community connector.
And these connections happen simply because you’re just there together, having fun, doing something as simple as passing a ball.
This pickup mentality is something I feel we all need to embody: being able to walk up to any field or court and asking “Can I play?” while feeling welcomed. I play whenever I can with volleyball, ultimate, and pickleball being some of my recent go to’s. And the people I’ve met while playing have been some of the greatest addition to my life.
I think we all need that constant reminder to make time for ourselves to go play. It’s important. We should make room in our busy work schedules to have fun with playing with our friends. And I’ve sure we all have examples of lifelong friendships that have formed from it. My goal is to help make it easier for everyone to keep playing.
